Never has it been easier to begin your holiday.
Our pickup and drop off service enables our
customers to travel from all parts of England
and Wales with relative ease, conveniently
and economically.
For the benefit of our customers choosing to take
our pick up and drop off services. we have listed
below, points which should be noted prior to your
journey. The pick up points outside of London
are subject to availability.
FOOD AND SERVICE STOPS
During scheduled pick ups and drop offs, passengers are
advised to carry water and food for their journey. The
driver will not stop for breaks outside of the legal breaks if
required. In the mornings, when you reach the point where
you will join the group, the connection will be immediate
and your tour will begin straight away. There may not be a
chance for those who have travelled long distances to freshen
up or have breakfast until the next available stop. As such,
it is advised that passengers are prepared with comfortable
clothing and a supply of water and food for their journey.
TYPE OF VEHICLE
WAITING TIME
We attempt to ensure that all listed departure/arrivals time
are adhered to. However, due to circumstances beyond
our control, there may be changes to the pick up timings
listed. If there are any changes to your pick up, we will
inform you 12 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time.
Due to congestion at ports of entry and traffic conditions
beyond our control, there may also be delays in the times
of departure for your respected pick up and drop off. Our
representatives will communicate the details of the waiting
times to the parties concerned. On occasions where delays
occur, there may be waiting times up to 90 minutes. If the
delay is more than 90 minutes for your drop off then meal
vourchers may be provided by Star Tours.
Please take in to consideration unexpected delays when
booking onwards Flight / Train / Coach connections,
as Star Tours cannot be held responsible for the loss or
costs associated with any missed connections / bookings
you may have.
Your pick up and drop off service may be conducted using
various vehicles ranging from a car, minibus, or regular
coach. The type of vehicle used will be dependent on the
up take of the particular pick up/drop, and may differ in
features from your tour vehicle.
SEQUENCE OF PICK UPS &
DROPS OFF
The pick up and drop off service is conducted to suit all
of our customers joining in UK. As our extensive range
of locations span the length and breadth of England, the
order of the service must be carefully planned. During
your pick up and drop off, you may find that you will be
travelling with other passengers who may be travelling to
different destinations. The sequence of pick ups and drop
off’s will follow a pre-assigned route through the various
destinations. The pick up and drop off service will be
grouped together as per the geographical locations.
Please Note: that routes will be diverged. If your invoice
does not state a pick up time or states TBC, then please
check with our sales team prior to travelling.

PICK UP / DROP OFF
POINT CHANGES
You can change your pick up point up to 10 days (21 days
on public/national holiday period) prior to departure free
of charge. Within 10 days it may not be possible to make
changes to your pick up point. If the change is possible
then there will be an admin charge of $ 20 per traveller.
Your choice of pick up point will be by default your drop off
point. If there is any discrepancy between the two,
please inform our reservation team at the time of booking.
Any changes are subject to our approval if no pick up point
is selected at the time of booking, Wembley will be selected
as a default pick up point. You must be present at the time
advised, transfers vehicles and coaches will not wait under
any circumstances.
